Yesterday I took a clear quartz obelisk and placed the stem on the flat bottom of the crystal then placed the point on my heart and third eye chakra and it immediately sent me into a deep meditative state! 5Powerful & Peaceful Healing SessionsThis tuning fork is a blessing. I bought 2 of them & did what someone here said they did when they bought them. After activating them I put one on each side of my head using the stem side of course. It really does relax well! I place the forks over different areas of my body as well. These tuning forks supposedly even change DNA structure (repairing DNA). I know when I use them I feel blessed, relaxed & close to God. I think this particular fork (528 hz) opens the heart chakra & spirit in some way. I'm learning more & more about them. They are amazingly wonderful "musical" body/mind instruments!
